KIND OF CIRCUITS what is a circuit? A circuit is a closed loop that electrons can travel in. A source of electricity, such as a battery, provides electrical energy in the circuit.  Unless the circuit is complete, that is, making a full circle back to the electrical source, no electrons will move. SERIES CIRCUIT : A series circuit has only one path for electricity to flow from one point to another.  PARALLEL CIRCUIT :  A parallel circuit has multiple paths for electricity to flow from one point to another MIXED CIRCUIT : A mixed circuit  Properties of both series and parallel circuits can be combined to form a specialized series-parallel circuit.

WHAT IS ELECTRICITY? This is a form of energy resulting from the existence of charged particles. Current Flow and Ohm's Law Ohm's law is the most important, basic law of electricity. It defines the relationship between the three fundamental electrical quantities: I= Electrical Current(Amperes): the  magnitude  of an  electric  field  at a  point  in  the  field,  equal  to  the  force  that  would  be  exerted  on a  small  unit  charge placed  at  the  point. V=Voltage(Voltage):   is a quantitative expression of the potential difference in charge between two points in an electrical field.  R= Resistance(Ohm´s): The  electrical resistance  of an object is a measure of its opposition to the flow of electric current. The inverse quantity is  electrical conductance , and is the ease with which an electric current passes.
