Circuits
KIND OF CIRCUITS
what is a circuit?A circuit is a closed loop that electrons can travel in. A source of electricity, such as a battery, provides electrical energy in the circuit. Unless the circuit is complete, that is, making a full circle back to the electrical source, no electrons will move.
SERIES CIRCUIT: A series circuit has only one path for electricity to flow from one point to another.
PARALLEL CIRCUIT: A parallel circuit has multiple paths for electricity to flow from one point to another
MIXED CIRCUIT: A mixed circuit Properties of both series and parallel circuits can be combined to form a specialized series-parallel circuit.
